Dati e privacy
Base giuridica. Il tuo consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a, GDPR).
Cloudflare aderisce all’EU-U.S.
I tuoi diritti
Data and privacy
This notice covers the FlowID pre-launch website, with the presentation page, the demo, the waitlist and donations via PayPal. FlowID is in its demo and pre-launch phase, with launch planned for 2027. No accounts are created, no plans are sold and no real finances are managed here.

Controller and contact
The data controller is Costeanu Daniel Gabriel. Costeanu Labs is the project’s brand name, not a company. For support, privacy requests and removal from the waitlist, write to flowid.eu@gmail.com.
Waitlist
We keep your email to send you the FlowID launch notice. The waitlist is deleted one month after the notice is sent.
What we ask for. Only your email address and the checkbox you tick to request the launch notice. We do not ask for your name, phone number or financial data. Your sign-up does not create an account and is not transferred to the future platform.
What the server records. Besides your email, it records the date and time you joined, the version of the text you accepted and a random code for unsubscribing. While the notice is being sent, it also records whether the email service accepted the message for your address. We do not track opens or clicks.
What we use it for. Only for the FlowID launch notice, with a single message in Italian and English. We send no email when you join, so there are no confirmations, verifications or welcome messages. No newsletters, advertising, profiling or messages about other projects. If you write to us, we reply from flowid.eu@gmail.com.
Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. Joining is optional. Without an email and the checkbox we cannot notify you, but you can still use the rest of the site.
Where it is kept and who sees it. In a Cloudflare D1 database created with an EU jurisdiction constraint, which runs and stores data in the European Union. The site offers no function to view the list. The controller manages it from their Cloudflare account.
How long. Until the launch notice, unless you ask to be removed. Once sending starts, the list accepts no new sign-ups. The month is counted from the date, recorded on the server, on which the notice has been sent to every reachable subscriber. Failed attempts do not count. When the month has passed, an automatic daily check deletes the whole list.
Remaining copies. After deletion, the data may remain for up to 7 days in Cloudflare’s restore history. Exports used to prepare the mailing stay in a private folder on the controller’s computer and are deleted by the project tools after the list is deleted. The email service used for the notice keeps its own sending records under its rules. We will name it here before sending.
Removal from the list
Write to flowid.eu@gmail.com with the address you signed up with and we will delete it from the database. The launch notice will also include a personal link that opens a page where you confirm the removal.
Protection against automated requests
To limit abuse, the server counts form requests coming from the same IP address and rejects those above 20 in one hour. It does not store the IP address in plain text, but a fingerprint calculated with a secret key. This is pseudonymous data, deleted by the next automatic cleanup after the hour ends, which runs at least once a day. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the list (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). A hidden anti-spam field causes automated requests to be ignored without storing anything.
Demo
The demo uses sample data and lets you edit it. What you enter stays in the page memory, in your browser. It is not sent to the server or saved, and it is lost when you reload or close the page. The demo also creates PDF and CSV files in your browser. Please do not enter real personal or financial data.
Donations with PayPal
The donation button is a plain link to the controller’s paypal.me page. The site does not embed PayPal buttons, scripts or other components. Donations are voluntary and you choose the amount. A donation is not the purchase of a plan, activates no subscription and is not needed for the demo or the waitlist.
Payment takes place on PayPal’s website, which processes your data as an independent controller under its privacy statement. This site does not receive card details or PayPal credentials.
The controller receives the information PayPal shares with anyone who receives a payment, such as name, email, amount, date and any message. It is used to record the donation, answer questions, handle any refunds and meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). It remains in the controller’s PayPal account history for as long as these purposes and the law require.
Technical browsing data
To show you the pages, the server receives technical data such as your IP address, date and time and the requested page (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logging for the site is disabled, and the site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, external fonts or external scripts. Cloudflare processes the traffic data needed to deliver the pages and protect its network. Cookies and browser storage are described on the Cookies page.
Recipients and transfers
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, United States) hosts the site with Cloudflare Workers and the list with Cloudflare D1, as a processor under its data processing addendum.
- Google (Gmail). If you write to flowid.eu@gmail.com, your message and address stay in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request. Google also processes them under its own privacy policy, which describes any transfers outside the European Union.
- Email service for the launch notice. Not chosen yet. We will name it here before sending.
- PayPal. For donations, as described above.
- Public authorities. Only where required by law.
The list is not sold or shared with third parties.
Transfers. The waitlist stays in the European Union. Pages and requests, however, pass through Cloudflare’s global network and may be processed outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its addendum includes the EU standard contractual clauses, as described in its privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent. Write to flowid.eu@gmail.com. We reply within one month, unless the GDPR allows an extension.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work. We make no automated decisions and do not create profiles.
Changes
We will update this page if the processing changes, for example when we choose the email service for the launch notice. The date at the top shows the latest version.
